London-Based Artist

About Me.

My name is Angelina. I am an fine art student from Kingston University London, and I previously studied in Bournemouth. My practice explores social issues and personal reflections on life, often using everyday objects and simple forms to ask big questions about how we see and understand the world.

In the past, my work was connected to technology and its influence on human experience. Over the last year, my focus has shifted to more psychological question. For example, perspective and perception—the idea that reality is not fixed, but multi‑sided, and that every person sees the same thing differently based on their position and experience.

I work mainly with installation, mixed media, collage, and found materials. My recent project uses the apple as a symbolic carrier to present five different perspectives, including commercial, natural, daily, scientific, and personal emotion. I use mirrors and cubic forms to create a kaleidoscopic experience, encouraging viewers to question their own vision and remain open to other ways of seeing.

Through my practice, I aim to invite curiosity, empathy, and awareness that no single perspective tells the whole story.

Education

2022 - 2023

Bournemouth Art University

At Arts University Bournemouth (2022–2023), I completed my Foundation Diploma in Art and Design. During this time, I explored different mediums and began developing my interest in memory and personal narrative. I gained skills in exhibition design and spatial awareness, which I applied when showing my work in the Bournemouth End of Year Show in June 2023. This year helped me build confidence in presenting my ideas and understanding how space affects the viewer’s experience.

2023-2026

kingston university london

At Kingston School of Art (2023–2026), my practice developed into installation and mixed-media, with a strong focus on perspective and perception. I refined my technical skills in installation and collaborative work, and took part in the group exhibition Ghost on the Stage at Swan Space Gallery in November 2024.
